Santa Monica

Posted on 4:54 AM by paritory
One day last week we hit up the Santa Monica farmers market. It was a bit pricey, but after tasting the fruit and veggies we decided it was WAY worth it. Talmage remembered getting cherries at the market with Mema and Pepa so we HAD to buy cherries...and they were gone in 1 1/2 days. So, so delish. There are quite a few markets in West LA and I am planning on trying them all!

After the market, we parked ourselves on the beach and played with buckets and trucks for a couple of hours. Next time we go I need to be prepared with swimsuits and towels because T actually wanted to get in the water. He also wanted to ride the HUGE rollercoaster on the boardwalk, but I couldn't ride with him so we'll have to wait for another time.

Since we don't quite have friends in the area yet and we don't have a courtyard out our back door the three of us have been spending a lot, a lot, a lot of quality time together. It's a good thing that they are some of my favorite people ever...and there are lots of things to do in LA!

The boys are both pooped at every naptime and when it's time for bed. We have kept busy and I love that they go down so easily. Isn't he just the sweetest sleeper (and his tan was good last week, but you should see it now!)
